David Anez, commonly called Dave, is the author of the Bob and George comic strip. Currently he works as a physics instructor at a community college and does the comic as a hobby, and a rewarding hobby at that. He also enjoys watching TV and playing video games, and lives "somewhere in the midwest". He was born in July 28, 1979[1] and is married to Liss. As we all know, he was planning on doing a hand-drawn comic but it didn't work out and he was starting to have a lot of fun doing the sprite comic (which was originally a filler comic) so he decided to keep it.
He personifies himself as The Author in the comic.
