"Alternates from the future discuss some headache-inducing temporal mechanics."
In the Alternates' future, Alternate Mega Man and Bass are bored, so they go to the Alternate present-day to talk about the future, leaking some not-yet-seen plot points, including how to do time travel and a plot about a Helmeted... someone. It comes with a catch, though; their present-selves' memories will have to be erased to avoid a time paradox.
Suddenly, some further-future Alternates come to deliver a warning; they have to take away Bob's time-travel blaster; otherwise something bad will happen. The present-Alternates run off during the conversation, and the future-Alternates return to their own time. Then another portal opens up, reminding the further-future Alternates of something else...
