Bob's portal has supposedly been redirected to a parallel universe where Mega Man and Bass are smart, Proto Man is incredibly dumb, and George is a killing maniac that killed parallel-Roll, Dr. Light, and Dr. Wily. But worst of all is the parallel Bob, who is gay and wears a purple cape! In the meantime, George had his eyes pecked out by the parallel Beat. Mega Man then transfers a wormhole creator to his blaster, and he sets off.
