Talk:Metroid: Third Derivative/Mother Brain

The backstory is incorrect. If you look at this Metroid Manga, it shows that Mother Brain was actually created by the Chozo and was on Zebes when Samus was being trained by the Chozo. Although it's never shown, I suspect that the Space Pirates sabotaged Mother Brain and made her loyal to their case instead. - CyberBotX 04:24, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
- That's why this is a wiki. Feel free to fix any mistakes like this yourself. - Joshua 05:24, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
- Ack. That's what I get for drawing conclusions from the Zero Mission manual. Technically, it doesn't say that the Space Pirates built Mother Brain, but points out its role on Zebes. I am still convinced that they rebuilt it after Samus's first visit. So yeah, that should be fixed. At least, if the e-manga is considered canon. FalconPain 12:49, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
- But do you realize that Metroid Manga conflicts with the backstory of some of the Metroid games in some way. If you're going to mark Mother Brain's backstory as from the manga, you're going to have to point out those conflicts between the manga and game backstories. Or ask Reynard for his take on it. --Ngamer01 12:55, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
